How far in advance should we order our wedding invitations and signage?

It's best to start thinking about your wedding invitation suite 6-8 months before your wedding date. This gives plenty of time for designing, revisions, and printing, plus extra time to address envelopes and send out invitations. For day-of signage and other items, I recommend ordering 2-4 months in advance.


What’s the process for working with you on our wedding stationery and signage?

My process is straight-forward and simple! First, we’ll have a consultation where you can share your vision and ideas. Then, I’ll send over a contract and pricing details. After that, I guide you through design options, work on drafts, make revisions, and finalize everything. Once approved, I will send files or assist with printing! Do you offer digital designs, or are they all printed?

I offer digital designs in multiple file formats, complete with instructions for printing. If you prefer to print your own items, I’ll provide the designs in the appropriate format. However, if you’d like a polished, professional look without the hassle, I can also assist with ordering high-quality printed stationery for you.


How many revisions do we get during the design process?

I offer two rounds of revisions with each design. The first round takes place after we establish the design guidelines, allowing us to refine the direction before creating your first draft. Once you receive the initial draft, you'll have another opportunity to request changes, which I'll incorporate into the next version. If you need further adjustments beyond these two rounds, we can discuss additional revisions.


Can we order additional items or extras if we need more of something?

Absolutely! If you need more invitations, signage, or any other items, just let me know. I can easily accommodate additional orders, whether it’s for last-minute guests or extra day-of signage.


What if we don’t know exactly what we want yet? Can you help guide us through the design process?

Of course! I'm here to help every step of the way. If you’re not sure where to start, I can offer suggestions based on your wedding theme, color palette, and personal style. Together, we’ll find a design that feels just right for you!


Can you help with addressing envelopes or sending out invitations?

At this time, I do not offer by-hand envelope addressing services or calligraphy. However, we can explore options to order your the addresses printed right on to the envelopes! As for mailing, I don’t handle that directly, but I will make sure your invitations are ready to be sent out when you receive them!


What’s your policy on rush orders?

I understand that life happens! If you’re in a time crunch, I offer rush order options. Just reach out, and we’ll discuss the best way to get your designs to you in time.


Do you offer any packages or discounts for ordering multiple items?

Yes, I offer bundle pricing for couples who order multiple pieces, like invitations, signage, and thank you cards. Contact me for more details on package options and discounts.
